Every Labor Day weekend we go to Eagle Lake...it is a ~5-6hr drive so definitely need to stay awhile. DJ has gotten better each year with the drive and he finally is into watching his DVD shows and even just hanging out looking out the window so he did awesome on the drive. Weather was perfect...it is usually FREEZING cold! DJ still manages to get his poor little cheeks wind blown from our morning walks tho! DJ still isn't very comfortable with the boat (or even water for that matter)...most of the afternoons were really windy so the boys only made it out one afternoon with DJ but he did better than last year! We'll get there! He loved to see all the fish Daddy and Pop-pop caught! Me-ma and Mommy had fun relaxing at the cabin and going on our morning walks and reading our Twilight series as time allowed!

Usually we have deer daily up to the cabin...one night we actually drove to find them and then the next day we saw this...DJ fed them apples :)
