Miles is 2 months old! At his checkup he weighed 15.6lbs and is 24.25in tall! Weight is over 95% and Height is 90%. He weighs more than DJ did but they both gained 4lbs from their birth to 2mo app so really is the same given Miles was born so heavy! :) But he is healthy and the doc said everything looked great. He had to have 6 shots and was a trooper, thankfully had no reactions to it either. Miles is still sleeping A LOT during the day. At night he is hit or miss...sleeps 9:30 pm to either 3am or 4am or did a few nights of 6am and 7am...so
i'm hoping he's trending to 7am shortly! DJ was doing this at 7
wks and Miles is now 9
wks..but
i'll take once a night! He is in his crib and goes to bed awake...with DJ we always rocked him to sleep so w/ Miles i tried not to get in that habit and he does great. He actually never cries unless he is hungry so we are very lucky. However he does like his pacifier so we'll have to deal w/ that when he gets older but for now it makes him happy so is a win win :) He is smiling a lot more now..of course never when i have the camera out..but i caught a couple. And he
cooes all the time now..it's so fun to "talk" to him! He loves to watch DJ around him and DJ loves to help out w/ Miles and always wonders where Miles is!

pac n play! :)

Every Friday at school they have been having different activities. This Friday was "backwards day"..so DJ wore his hat, shirt, and pants backward to school :)
DJ wanted to hold Miles :)
Damon piled the leaves in our yard and DJ was having a blast playing in them!
Damon bought DJ this Crayola dry
erase board that has different cards you can put in it to write letters, numbers, draw a pic or play games...he has been GLUED to it! He's loving to write now and doing a great job and drawing pics too!
He randomly sat down on his own and wrote out the alphabet in the squares :) He had fun signing our Christmas cards w/ DJ and Miles. He would ask me "upper case" or "lower case" as we spelled out Miles :) Also he has his teacher writing his name out at school as Damon Jr since it has more letters..
