Damon's mom visited a few weekends ago. We had dinner at Me-Ma and Pop-pops Friday night. DJ had to help Pop-pop cut the bread and then enjoyed some of his ice cream, which DJ only wanted the blueberries and strawberries..hee.
DJ had so much fun playing with Grandma and being pushed on his bike and in his car and being chased around the house :)
We made DJ's first trip to Fairy Tale Town in Sacramento also. It's basically just a big park with slides, a few animals...all based on Fairy Tales. We attempted to go on Saturday and of course it was the one day it RAINS, so we opted for stroll through the Mall instead of which DJ played on one of their play areas (these climbing objects were sooo soft) and went on the carousel. Then Sunday we made it back to Fairy Tale Town in the sunshine. Luckily we got there early before the older kids arrived that were a little pushy on the slides, but DJ did great and wanted "Mo, Mo, Mo" turns down the slides :)
That looks like so much fun. I want to go! :)
